Roberta Capasso is one of ten siblings born to an Oneida mother and European-American father. Growing up in Milwaukee and Lac du Flambeau, Wisconsin, she received her BS Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison for Graduate Study in Counseling and Guidance, for one year. A devoted wife and mother, Boston Marathon Finisher and operatic trained singer, Roberta’s research into her Native American Indigenous heritage continues today.
